Its mission is to serve as a catalyst for women to in uence and succeed in the cannabis industry as the ending of marijuana prohibition proceeds on a national scale.
The two women-led and -founded companies have shared a key core value since their inceptions, one that has contributed to their mutual, success growth: namely, respect for diversity in decision making. Diversity is not only a component of social responsibility, but ultimately also makes for better business throughout a diverse and ever-changing marketplace, regardless of the industry.
