Job Description

This is an entry-level role that will act as the first touch to the company’s customers and subscribers to ensure customer satisfaction. This role is an opportunity to gain knowledge of the burgeoning cannabis industry and develop business and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support customers through the purchase process
  • Manage new leads and work with the sales team to identify and manage opportunities
  • Support the tech team and serve as the point of contact to new customers and current customers with technology issues
  • Manage the customer support chat and assure appropriate teams are notified of requests
  • Manage inbound sales requests via phone or email and schedule with appropriate team members
  • Work with marketing to input new leads from events into the CRM system
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers and other team members
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills, including excellent phone manner
  • Keen attention to detail and be highly organized and efficient
  • Ability to connect with a wide range of individuals and build relationships
  • The ability to maintain calm under pressure
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and to take a ‘hands-on” approach when required
  • Thorough knowledge of the product or service the company they work for is offering
  • Administrative skills
  • Computer literacy in order to type up reports, results, and details of customer interaction
