 Position Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Manager at New Frontier Data, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that enhances our brand's online presence, engages our audience, and drives our business objectives. Your role will encompass graphic design, social media management, digital marketing initiatives, and detailed performance analysis and optimization across all platforms. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation
  • Create visually appealing digital content including infographics, banners, and advertisements that reflect our brand’s identity and resonate with our target audience.
  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase engagement, follower growth, and brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (including SEO, content marketing, and other inbound marketing tactics) that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Lead Nurture
  • Design and execute personalized email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads, driving engagement, and progressing them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and provide effective sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, and product information, to support lead conversion efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of lead nurturing activities, using metrics and data insights to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Client Engagement
  • Design and implement engaging onboarding programs, such as welcome series, to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and set the foundation for long-term relationships.
  • Develop and execute programs to strengthen client engagement with NFD’s products and services, including driving adoption of additional offerings, to increase overall value, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategies to re-engage and win back churned clients, identifying and addressing the reasons for their departure and offering compelling incentives for their return.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Regularly track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and others.
  • Optimize campaigns continuously for better performance based on analytics and A/B testing results.
  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations for improving strategies and tactics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in social media management, inbound marketing, and lead nurture program development.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Experience working with HubSpot
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in leveraging data to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Superior project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.

Bonus Skills:

  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in the cannabis industry or similar regulated markets.
