That’s why, together with our Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) creates a binding legal agreement between you (“you,” “your”) and Fontier Financial Group, Inc. dba New Frontier Data, a Delaware corporation (“we,” “us,” “our,” “New Frontier Data”). Capitalized or defined terms that are used in this Privacy Policy but are not assigned a meaning in this Privacy Policy have definitions in our Terms of Service

This Privacy Policy only applies to data collected through the Website, Platform, and Services, and further only applies to the practices of New Frontier Data, our assignees, transferees, and to people that we employ or manage. Companies with whom we contract, promote, or allow access to (like payment processors) have their own privacy statements and you must visit their Websites if you need to have more information about their policies. This Privacy Policy does not cover any information that we may receive about you through sources other than the use of our Website, Platform or Services. The Website and Platform may integrate features from or link out to other Websites or applications, but this Privacy Policy does not and will not apply to any of those integrated features, linked Websites, or applications.


What We Collect

Services

New Frontier Data collects and logs traffic of its Website, Platform, Services and we may view any User Content you create without your express permission, for any reason, especially if we have reason to believe it violates the Terms of Service.

To subscribe to our Services, we’ll need some basic information from you. When you create an Account, we require the following limited information from users in order to create the Account, provide certain Services, and process payments:

  • An email address
  • A payment method
  • Your full name

Users who sign up for our Service using credit card will also be asked to provide:

  • A credit card

We may send you marketing and promotional emails about products, services, and other information we think may interest you.

 

If you receive a marketing or promotional email from us, you may click the ‘Unsubscribe’ link contained in the bottom of every email to “opt out” from future promotional emails. However, we may continue to send you emails about your account and for other purposes related to customer service. You may also unsubscribe from such emails at any time by emailing us and telling us you would like to “unsubscribe from marketing emails.”

 

We also send product awareness emails to new customers. These emails include application tips and other information intended to educate Users and customers about the uses and fundamentals of New Frontier Data’s products and services.

 

Account and Billing Communication

To keep you updated on any changes or alerts related to your account, we will occasionally send you account information emails. Billing emails allow us to relay important information to you about your transactions. This includes:

  • Credit card expiration alerts
  • Payment method questions
  • Purchase confirmations

Transactional emails are system-generated and simply serve the purpose of alerting our customers when necessary. Please be aware that if you have opted out of our marketing emails, you will still receive transactional emails from time to time. 


Children’s Privacy

We only retain User Content for as long as required by you in order to provide the Services. No User Content is viewable by us without your express permission unless we have reason to believe it violates the Terms of Service. User Content may be permanently and irrevocably deleted by you at any time by emailing us at records@newfrontierdata.com.

The security of our customers is our priority. We use security measures that are consistent with industry standards to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse or unauthorized access or disclosure or destruction. All of our employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. In addition, access to user or subscriber personal information is restricted to those who need to know such information to perform their job functions.
